Your baby. Your rhythm. Feeding support built around you.

Feeding your baby can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. With a root-cause, holistic approach, I support families from birth to 12 months through every stage of feeding.

Support for what you know you need—and care for what you didn’t see coming.

Parenthood is full of sleepless nights, endless lists, and unexpected turns. In the middle of it all, feeding your baby shouldn’t feel like another mountain to climb. With care and guidance, it can be one of the moments that nourishes you both.

Breast & Bottle Feeding

Feeding your baby should feel calm and connected. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combining both, we’ll work together to find what’s comfortable and sustainable for you and your baby—so every feeding feels less stressful and more successful.

Transition to Solids

Moving from milk to solids is an exciting (and sometimes messy!) milestone. I’ll help you navigate textures, timing, and readiness cues to make this stage enjoyable, safe, and responsive to your child’s individual needs.

Tongue & Lip Ties

Feeding shouldn’t be painful or frustrating. If you suspect your baby has a tongue or lip tie, I provide thorough assessments and coordinated support to address feeding challenges and help your baby feed comfortably and effectively.

Hi, I’m Erica — a feeding specialist and mom who knows how hard feeding can be.

I’ve been where you are—tired, worried, and trying to make sense of all the conflicting advice. After years of supporting families in the NICU, I started my own practice to walk alongside parents through every feeding stage—from breast and bottle to solids—with compassion and clarity.

With more than a decade of experience and a deep love for helping families thrive, I combine clinical expertise with real-life understanding to help make feeding feel easier, calmer, and more connected.

Training and Certifications

No judgment. Just gentle, informed support.

The feeding journey can be messy, emotional, and beautiful—I’m here for all of it.
